Who I am–
I’m Elisa Henry Morton, a London-based fertility and conception coach.
My work is dedicated to supporting women who are trying to conceive and feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out.
I didn’t always know I’d be here. When I first fell pregnant after 16 years on the pill (without prenatal vitamins, without a conception plan in sight), it all felt so easy. Until it wasn’t. At 12 weeks, I sat in a room and heard the words no woman wants to hear: “I’m sorry, there’s no longer a heartbeat.” That moment cracked something open in me.
My story:
What followed was four years of recurrent loss, IVF, surgeries, and soul-deep transformation. I journaled, meditated, stripped back my life, and slowly rebuilt myself—body, mind, and soul. I learned how to regulate my nervous system, how to nourish my body from a place of love, how to trust my intuition again, and how to mother myself before I ever became a mother to my daughter.
It wasn’t the supplements or protocols that sustained me. It was the sustainable rituals, the nervous system work, the practices that anchored me when everything else felt uncertain.
What I believe–
Conception is not just about getting pregnant. It is one of the most misunderstood, overlooked, and sacred metamorphoses a woman can experience. Yet no one prepares you for it. You’re handed tests, treatments, and endless advice, but not the whole person support you truly need.
That’s why I created this work.
Because fertility coaching as it exists today doesn’t go far enough. I don’t hand you protocols or checklists. I bring something more profound: the convergence of lived experience, global leadership, and soul-level guidance.
Before I was a fertility and conception coach, I spent two decades building a career across fashion, media, and global brand leadership—working for Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, and as CEO of a women’s health company serving thousands of women worldwide. I know the pressure women live under, the expectations we carry, and the ways we disconnect from ourselves in the pursuit of “doing it all.”
Layered on top of that is my own four-year fertility journey—recurrent loss, IVF, surgeries, trauma, and ultimately, a rebirth of my identity. I’ve walked the fire and come out the other side not just with a miracle baby, but with an unshakeable knowing of who I am and what it means to prepare for motherhood from the inside out.
Today, I guide women through the tender season of trying to conceive with science, soul, and strategy—holding space, offering nourishment, and reminding you that you are already whole.
My programs are designed to help you:
This isn’t just fertility support. It’s soul-deep guidance for the most important transformation of your life.
The preparation no clinic, protocol, or supplement will ever give you.
Regulate your nervous system → so trying to conceive feels calm, not chaotic.
Create safety in your body → so you feel held, not betrayed, by yourself.
Release perfection and control → so you stop spiralling over every detail.
Reconnect with yourself → so you feel grounded no matter what comes next.
